Week 1, About Me

My name is Adam Smith. I am here at Linn-Benton Community College at my next stop on my journey to the pilot seat of a United States Air Force aircraft. One of the main requirements to fly for the USAF is a college degree, because all pilots must be commissioned officers.

I chose to major in Business Administration as a compromise between a competitive degree and a degree that would be easier to maintain good grades. This major will come with the benefit of preparing me to better manage a portion of the organizational structure within the military.

I am excited to take marketing this term, and I think it will be a class that I call back to for many years to come. I hope I can learn how to effectively communicate my vision to others, as well as make myself into a better leader.

I am a passionate photographer and videographer. I have produced video products for the USAF and represented the US Military all across the nation, from Washington, D.C. to Honolulu, Hawaii. Below you can see a few of the many products that I have produced.
